We have known you for over 13 years and have come to know you
as one of the most honest, dedicated individuals we have ever

I have lost track of exactly how many Real Estate
transactions you have handled for us over these past years. On
one occasion, (probably temporary leave of our senses) we
contracted with a different agent. We got nowhere fast. It did
not take us long to figure out that you were the one we needed
to call if we were serious about selling our property. In every
instance, you have excelled above and beyond the call of duty
and never once have you ever let us down. You have even been
able to sell when the market was not moving
at all.
I think we are finally out of properties to sell at this
