  1. ESTABLISH a marketing price that is realistic in today's market.

  2. INSTALL distinctive signage on property (when permitted) to announce availability.

  3. PRODUCE & DISTRIBUTE a professional flyer describing the property to users, investors, developers and firms who may have an interest, available on line as well as hard copy.

  4. PRODUCE back up packages for site with complete data to include: copies of plats and site configurations, topography, aerials, environmental suggestions, and county requirements, mapping, and demographics.

  5. ADVERTISE in the Central Florida Commercial Society Monthly "Hot Sheet", making   property accessible to all other Central Florida commercial brokers.

  6. PROVIDE focused target marketing to the best potential users for the properties. 

  7. CANVASS area.  Personally visit all activities in the area to determine if they are interested or know of others who should be contacted.

  8. ADVERTISE on the internet and in print in the Orlando Sentinel, Property Sourcebook, Total Commercial, and other specialty publications relevant to the property.

  9. PRESENT PROPERTY LIVE to Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors - a group of more than 500 commercial associates and brokers that meet to present their properties.

  10. PRESENT the property to district and national CCIM members in addition to local and statewide exposure through the Florida Association of Realtors Commercial Marketing Sessions.

  11. PROVIDE national and international exposure through the Internet by Advertising on CCIM NET, Totalcommercial.com, the Property Sourcebook online, Loopnet, CIMLS, as well as our own website at www.cbrenner.com.

  12. REPORT monthly our progress and suggestions to you.

We are quite proud and excited about the success of the marketing tools at our disposal and hope that we can soon use them in service to you.
